Senior Field Product Readiness (Semiconductor)

Location: Singapore, Singapore. Regional or cross-regional travel is required for installation and readiness activities, with travel up to 50% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Lead service product readiness validation for complex products, modules, and multi-site readiness streams across Etch, Metal Deposition Products, and Dielectric Deposition Products.
• Close cross-functional readiness gaps across documentation, tooling, installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, training, spare strategy, and AI-enabled readiness.
• Coordinate first installations, evaluations, beta deployments, NPI, and high-volume manufacturing readiness through resolution of technical blockers.
• Use field observations, tool data, FMECA learning, KPIs, and recurring issue patterns to develop recommendations and systemic product improvements.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog management, risk-to-resolution tracking, retrospectives, and readiness reviews across field, business, GPS, and customer teams.
• Act as the primary liaison for technical readiness topics and translate complex findings into service recommendations, specifications, and customer-facing updates.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Etch, Metal Deposition Products, or Dielectric Deposition Products.
• Expertise in product readiness, serviceability, product introduction, semiconductor equipment, and fab operations.
• Experience solving complex product and service issues using multiple data sources, field evidence, and customer or site context.
• Project management experience covering sprint execution, backlog management, SOW clarity, KPI tracking, reporting, and risk closure.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional and customer-facing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, materials, chemical, industrial, automation engineering, or a related discipline.
