Head of AI Products & Agentic Solutions

Location: Remote, United States. Must have US work authorization and must not currently or in the future require employment visa sponsorship.

Salary: $220,000–$260,000 per year.

What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year product vision and roadmap for AI-powered enterprise marketing platforms.
• Lead the development of AI agents, multi-agent workflows, generative AI capabilities, and orchestration frameworks from strategy through production.
• Translate complex marketing and business challenges into scalable products, platform capabilities, and repeatable client offerings.
• Establish product success metrics covering adoption, client outcomes, operational efficiency, platform performance, and business impact.
• Set standards for AI governance, security, quality assurance, monitoring, responsible deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Build, mentor, and lead a product organization while collaborating with engineering, strategy, sales, client services, and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise software, SaaS, or AI product organizations and scaling AI-powered products or platforms.
• Deep knowledge of generative AI, large language models, agentic systems, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI architecture.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, strategy, customer success, sales, and other business functions.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations and managing enterprise software implementations involving procurement, security, and compliance.
• Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, decision-making, people leadership, and client-facing skills.
• US work authorization is required without current or future employment visa sponsorship.

• Experience in marketing technology, digital transformation, or management consulting.
• Familiarity with email and CRM platforms, customer data platforms, and engagement marketing technology ecosystems.
• Experience developing AI products in regulated or highly compliant enterprise environments.
