Client Solution Advisor (Payments)

Location: In-office in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $100,100–$185,900 per year

What you will do

• Implement complex banking, treasury management, and payment products and services for clients.
• Analyze client requirements, gather deliverables, identify customization needs, and maintain client-specific procedures.
• Coordinate multiple complex implementations, stakeholder meetings, project documentation, and progress reporting.
• Provide ongoing relationship management, sales support, consultative guidance, and production support.
• Resolve implementation and production support escalations and drive the development of necessary solutions.
• Coach staff, sales teams, service partners, and clients; lead communications, meetings, training, and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with customer relationship management, process management, problem management, and sales support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, make decisions, and build client relationships.
• Must work in the hirify.global Minneapolis office.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

Nice to have

• Banking industry experience.
• Knowledge of payments, payment operations, or payment processing.
• Experience reviewing, analyzing, or managing contracts.
