Salary: $112,000 – $176,000

What you will do

  • Drive initial adoption and expansion of the hirify.global Platform within a dedicated portfolio of enterprise payment partners.
  • Educate partners on the value of real-time transaction decisioning, fraud prevention, and payment optimization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders in both business and technical roles.
  • Collaborate with internal account managers and pre-sales teams to formulate and position solution proposals.
  • Manage sales cycles to meet quarterly and annual targets.
  • Travel up to 50% of the business week to engage with partners and clients.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven track record in selling complex enterprise software solutions to payment service providers, acquirers, or financial institutions.
  • Deep understanding of payment processing, transaction authorization, fraud detection, and PCI compliance.
  • Ability to explain technical architecture, including API integrations and enterprise financial software.
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, and behavioral analytics in financial services environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for educating partners and stakeholders.
