Senior Business Systems Analyst (Fintech)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH, United States

Salary: $63,750–$106,250 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, prioritize, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop process maps, workflows, use cases, user stories, and business requirements documentation.
• Evaluate systems, processes, and data flows, recommending technology solutions and implementation approaches.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, vendors, and cross-functional teams on system enhancements, testing, validation, and deployment.
• Analyze business data and metrics to create dashboards, reports, and recommendations.
• Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives while mentoring junior analysts.

Requirements

• University or college degree, preferably a bachelor’s degree, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience with business and system requirements, process analysis, and system implementations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment and leading requirements activities across multiple projects.
• Knowledge of SQL, data analysis tools, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, HRIS, or Finance systems, and tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

Nice to have

• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis certification.
• Experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of application development, release management, software solutions, or UX design.
