Executive Strategic Operations Analyst - Technology (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid work schedule with in-person collaboration at the Buffalo, NY Tech Hub

Salary: $74,600–$124,400 annual (USD)

What you will do

• Plan and implement initiatives supporting short- and long-term business objectives and strategic outcomes.
• Support cross-functional technology programs and projects, including roadmaps, plans, and delivery coordination.
• Analyze, manipulate, and format data using pivot tables, charts, structured reporting, and related tools.
• Develop ad-hoc and automated workflow, project status, and trend reports.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into concise recommendations for senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, internal program teams, partner groups, risk management, and control activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience including 3 years of relevant work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple time-sensitive assignments.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet, database, graphing, and presentation software.
• Ability to follow risk, regulatory, audit, and internal control standards.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience and banking or financial industry experience.
• Six Sigma, Lean, process improvement, or project management education.
• Experience with SQL, programming, statistical software, financial or regulatory analysis, and technical writing.
