Project Lead (30-month contract)

What you will do

• Develop the project charter, define scope and objectives, identify stakeholders, and establish the project organization.
• Build project schedules, Work Breakdown Structures, budgets, resource plans, and critical-path monitoring.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, assign responsibilities, and track progress toward KPIs.
• Monitor milestones, budget utilization, resource allocation, risks, and overall project performance; implement corrective and contingency actions.
• Prepare stakeholder communications, dashboards, weekly or monthly reports, and project documentation.
• Close the project by finalizing budgets, handing over deliverables, documenting lessons learned, and returning resources to the pool.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management and engineering.
• Strong understanding of product design, platform architecture, and the complete product life cycle.
• Experience successfully launching products into high-volume manufacturing.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities, including team building, conflict resolution, motivation, change management, adaptability, delegation, and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
