Project Manager CSA/MEP (Data Centre)

What you will do

• Manage large-scale data center construction projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Monitor daily field activities, reporting and tracking issues related to progress, quality, and safety.
• Act as a visible leader onsite, overseeing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
• Coordinate snagging activities with the client team, consultants, and contractors.
• Implement and monitor key project processes and procedures, partnering with clients for improvements.
• Review proposed variations and delays in the works to resolve them effectively.

Requirements

• Project management experience, ideally within the data center space.
• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Must be based in Singapore for onsite work.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or the pursuit of one.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
