Project Manager APAC, Japanese Speaking

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for APAC commercial customers from contract signing through successful go-live.
• Coordinate Sales, KYC/CDD, Legal, Credit, Risk, Boarding, Implementation, customers, and third-party vendors.
• Create project plans, track milestones, manage risks, lead status meetings, and provide project reporting.
• Coordinate documentation collection, system setup validation, product demonstrations, and user training.
• Handle escalations, post-go-live performance monitoring, project closure reviews, and handovers.
• Drive process and operational improvements across customer onboarding activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a strong track record in project management.
• Knowledge of project management best practices and experience using project management software such as MS Project or Salesforce.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing demands, internal blockers, and executive-level client interactions.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and outsourcing companies.
• Japanese proficiency is advantageous for engagement with partners and clients in Japan.
