What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle software development projects from kickoff through launch, keeping milestones, scope, and budgets on track.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery squads across business analysis, development, quality control, and DevOps.
• Run Agile/Scrum cadences and proactively resolve delivery roadblocks.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and sponsors, leading progress reviews and status reporting.
• Manage change requests, baseline metrics, delivery risks, and architectural risks.
• Adapt delivery practices to public-sector compliance requirements and entrepreneurial project environments.

Requirements

• Experience managing software development or IT projects end to end.
• Hands-on command of project timelines, scope, budgets, and risk registers.
• Confidence presenting to and negotiating with clients and executive stakeholders.
• Solid experience running Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering banking, finance, government, public-sector, or compliance-heavy projects.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification.
