Senior Project Manager APAC (Data Centre)

Location: Singapore, with travel across APAC (30%) to data centre sites

Nscale is building a vertically integrated AI cloud covering data centres, software, and applications, with a focus on sustainable technology solutions.

What you will do

• Establish and operate PMO governance across the APAC data centre portfolio, standardizing methodologies, templates, documentation, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of hyperscale builds, colocation enablement, network infrastructure deployments, and facility upgrades.
• Coordinate design consultants, construction managers, installation contractors, subcontractors, authorities, utility providers, and client teams.
• Manage CAPEX budgets, forecasts, procurement, contracts, variations, extensions of time, claims, vendor performance, and portfolio expenditure.
• Maintain risk, issue, change, compliance, quality, security, inspection, and O&M documentation across projects.
• Act as the primary interface for clients and senior internal stakeholders across Engineering, Network, Security, Operations, Finance, and Procurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5–10+ years of project, program, or PMO management experience, including large-scale data centre projects across APAC.
• Experience establishing and maturing PMO functions, implementing governance frameworks, and managing document control and contract administration.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar infrastructure programs and vendor or contractor relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, executive communication, and multidisciplinary team leadership skills.
• Comfortable travelling within APAC for site reviews, audits, risk assessments, and project start-up activities.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification.
• Experience with high-density AI/HPC workloads.
• Experience working across different countries and regional environments.
