Project Manager

What you will do

• Own client-facing project plans from mobilisation through deployment, including scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, milestones, and critical path.
• Establish project governance through kickoffs, regular meetings, agendas, documented decisions, action tracking, and status reporting.
• Manage scope, change requests, risks, issues, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations throughout delivery.
• Coordinate Solution Consultants, Implementation Engineers, Test Analysts, Content colleagues, clients, and other delivery stakeholders.
• Drive solution design, configuration, data onboarding, testing, UAT, deployment readiness, production deployment, and transition to steady-state operations.
• Use AI-enabled tools for planning, reporting, risk tracking, meeting documentation, communications, and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, with PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification or experience.
• Experience managing client-facing implementation projects in technology, financial services, data management, or financial technology.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methods and structured delivery environments.
• Experience with RAID logs, change control, formal governance, risk escalation, and UAT acceptance processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including concise status reporting and professional client expectation management.
• Hands-on proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or equivalent project management tools, plus comfort with AI-enabled PM tooling.
