iTeam Manager, Customer Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular visits and engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage, coach, and direct customer engineers, including objective setting, performance reviews, career planning, salary planning, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with product divisions, technical support, training, spares, reliability, and installation productivity teams.
• Plan and execute system installations, including pre-facility meetings, start-up meetings, reporting, and process-support identification.
• Manage escalation, ramp, RMA, engineer-hours tracking, and customer-engineer effectiveness processes.
• Own district account planning, financial forecasting, cost efficiency, and support plans for system sales and field engineering.

Requirements

• Experience managing and coaching installation or customer engineering teams.
• Knowledge of installation performance management across safety, quality, cycle time, and cost.
• Ability to resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems using sound judgment.
• Ability to coordinate with customers, vendors, suppliers, sales, field engineering, product divisions, and business units.
• Understanding of business conduct standards and consistent compliance with ethical and company requirements.
• Based in Singapore for this onsite role; relocation is not eligible.
