Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift, Weekday Nights, Mon. - Thurs. (3:30pm to 2:00am) (Manufacturing)

Location: Office/site only in Fort Payne, Alabama, United States. Second shift runs Monday through Thursday from 3:30pm to 2:00am. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

What you will do

• Lead daily production operations and manage Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People objectives.
• Promote a zero-harm culture through safety observations, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, engineering requirements, and first-time quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules, allocate labor, and adjust resources to meet customer demand and KPI targets.
• Coach, train, and develop hourly employees through performance discussions and engagement activities.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools, 5S, root cause analysis, and workflow optimization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lead production teams, solve problems, make operational decisions, communicate clearly, collaborate across departments, and resolve conflicts.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using digital production systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Additional technical training or certifications.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, or root cause analysis.
