Production Leader - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Clarksville, Tennessee, 5 days per week

Salary: $60,000–$109,340 annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead daily second-shift production operations with focus on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and output.
• Monitor material usage and maintain smooth, efficient production flow.
• Identify and support process improvement initiatives aligned with plant goals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement leaders.
• Communicate team goals and plant-wide initiatives clearly and consistently.
• Support employee training, development, and positive employee relations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Sciences, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
• Effective communication and collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week in Clarksville, Tennessee.
