Production Leader 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Clarksville, Tennessee, 5 days per week

Salary: $60,000–$126,200 annual base salary

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate daily second-shift production operations.
• Drive team performance across safety, quality, cost, time, and output targets.
• Manage materials usage and maintain smooth production flow.
• Identify and implement process improvements in a high-volume lean manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Human Resources, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement leaders.
• Communicate plant goals, coach employees, support development, and foster positive employee relations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
• Effective communication and team-collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage shifting production priorities and support safety, quality, 5S, TAKT, and cost targets.
• Ability to work on-site in Clarksville, Tennessee, during the second shift.
