What you will do

• Own and manage the fast-growing P&L across partner selection, delivery logistics, marketing schemes, and related operations.
• Partner with business, operations, and technology leaders to achieve company-wide goals.
• Analyze end-to-end food delivery performance, identify variances and root causes, and drive business decisions.
• Forecast, track, and update financial models and analyses using large-scale datasets.
• Define KPIs, conduct predictive analysis, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Improve dashboards and contribute to automated reporting through business intelligence tools.

Requirements

• Native-level Japanese fluency
• Relevant financial planning and analysis experience in a fast-paced organization.
• Experience managing teams and developing financial processes, models, and tools.
• Strong Excel, financial modeling, data analysis, and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly and collaborate with non-finance leaders.
• Experience establishing and managing KPIs with a process-oriented and detail-focused approach.

Nice to have

• CPA or CA qualification.
• MBA.
• SQL or NoSQL experience.
