Salary: $61,000–$96,000 per year; expected OTE of $69,000–$109,000 per year including bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Act as the primary FP&A business partner for the Sales organization and provide financial guidance for business decisions.
• Develop headcount plans with Sales leadership and Operations based on sales targets and business needs.
• Own Sales operating expense planning and forecasting, including personnel costs and discretionary spending.
• Manage ACV forecasting by tracking bookings, pipeline trends, business drivers, and performance across segments and regions.
• Support month-end close, variance analysis, and monthly and quarterly reporting in partnership with Accounting.
• Build financial models, scenario analyses, operational metrics, and process improvements that support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Finance or FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and deliver actionable business insights.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong cross-functional relationship-building and business partnership skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adaptive Insights, Salesforce, Pigment, Looker, or NetSuite.
