Salary: $61,000–$96,000/year (Base), OTE: $69,000–$109,000/year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary FP&A business partner to the Sales organization, providing financial guidance and actionable insights.
• Partner with Sales leadership and Operations to develop headcount plans aligned with business targets.
• Own operating expense planning and forecasting, focusing on personnel costs and discretionary spend.
• Manage ACV forecasting by tracking bookings, analyzing pipeline trends, and reporting performance against targets.
• Support month-end close processes, variance analysis, and quarterly financial reporting.
• Build and enhance financial models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Finance or FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and deliver actionable business insights.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional relationship-building skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adaptive Insights, Salesforce, Pigment, Looker, or NetSuite.
