What you will do

• Act as the primary FP&A business partner to Sales, providing financial guidance and actionable insights for business decisions.
• Partner with Sales leadership and Operations to develop headcount plans aligned with sales targets and business needs.
• Own operating expense planning and forecasting for Sales, focusing on personnel costs and discretionary spend.
• Own the ACV forecast by tracking bookings, analyzing pipeline trends and key drivers, and reporting performance vs targets across segments and regions.
• Support month-end close by analyzing actuals, investigating variances with Accounting, and delivering monthly and quarterly reporting and insights vs plan.
• Build and improve financial models for strategic planning, investment decisions, and scenario analysis; enhance planning/reporting/forecasting through automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Finance or FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and deliver actionable business insights.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
• Collaborative business-partner mindset with strong cross-functional relationship-building skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and process improvement experience.
