Financial Analyst II (SaaS)

Salary: $64,000–$101,000 per year; expected OTE of $73,000–$104,000 per year, including bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Act as the primary FP&A business partner for the Sales organization and provide actionable financial guidance.
• Develop headcount plans with Sales leadership and Operations in line with sales targets and business needs.
• Own operating expense planning and forecasting, including personnel costs and discretionary spending.
• Own ACV forecasting by tracking bookings, pipeline trends, business drivers, and performance across segments and regions.
• Analyze actuals and variances during month-end close and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting in partnership with Accounting.
• Build financial models, support scenario analysis and strategic initiatives, and improve forecasting and reporting through automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Finance or FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and deliver actionable business insights.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Collaborative approach with strong cross-functional relationship-building skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and process improvement mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adaptive Insights, Salesforce, Pigment, Looker, or NetSuite.
