What you will do
- Generate monthly management reports and design reporting formats.
- Gather and interpret estimated and actual monthly results across the business, function, region, or site.
- Track business metrics, scorecards, CIP status, and target-versus-actual financial performance.
- Prepare profitability studies and special analyses covering manufacturing, costing, and overheads.
- Review cash flow statements and forecasts with management and provide analysis for business requests.
- Support implementation of new reporting systems and the Responsible Care Management System.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance or Accounting; postgraduate specialization is preferred.
- At least five years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial organization.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, financial modeling, business planning, and spreadsheet analysis.
- Strong analytical, logical-thinking, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Japanese proficiency at JLPT N1 or equivalent, CEFR C1 or higher.
- Business-level English communication skills, CEFR B2 or higher.
