Mobile Mortgage Advisor (Commission Only)

Location: Winnipeg, MB, Canada; occasional onsite work at Winnipeg-1576 Kenaston Blvd

Employment: Full time, regular; 37.5 hours per week. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions to clients pursuing home ownership.
• Meet clients at convenient times and locations while supporting a primarily remote work arrangement with occasional onsite attendance.
• Build relationships with Banking Centre teams and provide comprehensive financial planning support.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads into new clients, and deliver business results.
• Build referral networks with internal partners, realtors, and community contacts.

Requirements

• Experience in banking and mortgage lending.
• Knowledge of mortgage documentation and mortgage processes.
• Strong client service, customer experience, relationship-building, and networking skills.
• Ability to understand the local market and develop business opportunities.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and a valid work or study permit where applicable.
