Financial Advisor CIRO-MFD (Urban)

Location: On-site full-time at Bolton-2 King Street, Bolton, Ontario, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management, financial services support, and exceptional client service.
• Provide tailored financial planning advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, and estate planning.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, establish new client relationships, and deliver results using credit and investment solutions.
• Build networks through relationship development, community events, marketing, and outreach activities.
• Act as a single point of contact to help clients secure their futures, purchase homes, and establish businesses.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience providing financial advice to clients, establishing relationships, and achieving performance targets.
• Current accreditation and good standing in the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Canadian Investments Funds Course (CIFC), or Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFC), with eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing.
• For Quebec roles: current AMF licensing accreditation and good standing, successful completion of CIFC or CSC to support AMF licensing, and Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC) qualification.
• Ability to work on-site full-time, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified location and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.
