What you will do
- Support the day-to-day servicing of commercial real estate loan portfolios, including CMBS, balance sheet, and agency loans.
- Analyze property performance using rent rolls, occupancy reports, financial statements, and loan documents.
- Interpret complex loan agreements and apply loan terms in accordance with servicing agreements, internal policies, and applicable regulations.
- Process or review loan payments, escrows, reserve disbursements, tax and insurance administration, and delinquent account collections.
- Prepare investor, internal, and regulatory reports and maintain accurate servicing records.
- Identify exceptions, resolve non-compliant issues, perform covenant testing, and support risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent education.
- Typically 4 or more years of related business or functional experience, or comparable education, certifications, and experience.
- Experience or knowledge in financial analysis, loan documentation, compliance requirements, and operational functions.
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, critical thinking, decision-making, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
