What you will do
- Translate planning principles and business requirements into standardized end-to-end processes, data requirements, and digitalization roadmaps.
- Analyze workflows, systems, handovers, and data flows to identify gaps and drive process improvements.
- Apply Lean methods to simplify service supply chain planning, reduce waste, and improve operational flow.
- Combine historical demand, project forecasts, installed-base information, market insights, and other sources into planning-ready data.
- Define data structures, ownership, governance, and measurable actions to improve data quality.
- Deliver analytics, workflow automation, AI, and other digital solutions from discovery through rollout and adoption.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in process improvement, supply chain, digital transformation, operational excellence, or a comparable role.
- Three to four years of experience redesigning cross-functional processes and translating business needs into data requirements and digital solutions.
- Practical knowledge of demand, materials, inventory, procurement, supplier forecasting, order execution, or service supply chains.
- Experience with data structures, ownership, governance, and data-quality improvement in fragmented enterprise environments.
- Advanced English proficiency required; occasional international travel may be required.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, process mining, automation, or AI.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification.
