What you will do

• Act as the primary link between Business/IT stakeholders and the development team for the SDM and TradeStore components.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and functional specifications with explicit acceptance criteria.
• Define data quality rules and establish measurement methods to proactively identify potential impacts on stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage work streams, deliverables, timelines, and status updates.
• Validate developed software against requirements and contribute to the improvement of automated regression test frameworks.
• Maintain and update comprehensive functional and technical documentation within the area.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Markets and/or Treasury.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Python/Pandas, Excel).
• Experience with static data management and financial markets products.
• Practical experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• English: Excellent level (C1+) required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Computer Science.

Nice to have

• Experience in risk management or familiarity with financial markets regulations.
• Knowledge of BABOK Guide or CBAP certification.
• Experience with diagramming tools such as MS Visio or Draw.io.
