What you will do

• Manage assigned GBS projects from initiation through planning, monitoring, and control.
• Coordinate between departments to identify processes suitable for GBS transfer and continuous optimization.
• Prepare project presentations, reports, data analyses, visual reports, and dashboards for stakeholders and management.
• Support automation, standardization, process redesign, and the design and refinement of GBS processes and controls.
• Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and technical support to interdisciplinary project teams.
• Help define quality guidelines, service catalogs, SLAs, and local team development needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in project-based work, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong project management, planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, including the ability to guide or mentor colleagues.
• SAP knowledge.
• Very good knowledge of English, initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn and develop.
