What you will do

• Perform identity and role clean-up, including resolving duplicate identities and missing attributes.
• Reconcile online and offline accounts and manage user account creation, changes, and deletions.
• Prepare and run access reviews, validate results, and coordinate completion with managers.
• Validate user accounts and access rights, including offline application file allocation and onboarding.
• Raise bugs and improvement stories based on operational activities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management, including Role-Based Access Control and Segregation of Duties.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel, especially pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and a governance-oriented mindset.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to translate business needs into data-driven actions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with managers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain security and privacy compliance.
