Demand Planner

Location

Location: Prague, Czech Republic with hybrid work format (three days in the office, two days home office)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end demand forecasting across the entire hirify.global Group markets
• Lead short-, mid-, and long-term forecasting for operational and strategic planning
• Build forecasting standards, governance, and scalable planning frameworks
• Ensure forecasts incorporate commercial initiatives, seasonality, customer behavior, weather, and market trends
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, BI, Fulfillment, and Last Mile
• Drive automation, advanced analytics, and AI-powered forecasting improvements

Requirements

• Fluent Czech or Slovak and advanced English
• 3–5 years experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, Business Analytics or related fields
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments such as retail, e-commerce, logistics, or operations
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business actions
• Experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Hands-on experience with AI is a strong advantage
