SAP Business Analyst (SD/MM)

Location: Hybrid work in the Porto region, with 3 days per week at the office. Occasional travel to locations and distribution centers in Europe.

Salary: €43,000 gross annual base salary.

What you will do

• Support the functional setup and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA modules MM, SD and LE, as well as SAP CAR.
• Translate requirements from Merchandising and Supply Chain teams into functional and technical system tasks.
• Monitor data flows between SAP S/4HANA, SAP CAR and analytics platforms to maintain data quality for forecasting and inventory visibility.
• Execute functional test scenarios, UAT and regression testing for releases and system enhancements.
• Create functional documentation and train business users on SAP retail processes and best practices.
• Contribute to end-to-end operational design and continuous improvement of retail performance.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in SAP functional roles, preferably in retail or fashion retail.
• Experience in retail, fashion or FMCG operations, including buying, merchandising, replenishment, logistics, forecasting, promotions or pricing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA MM/SD/Retail and SAP CAR, ideally with exposure to planning tools.
• Degree in Information Technology, Business Systems or equivalent SAP implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of buying and procurement, stock management, store operations, pricing and promotions.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required for interaction with an international client.

Nice to have

• SAP certifications.
• Knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery models, including Scrum, SAFe, PMP, Prince2 or ITIL.
• Familiarity with integration platforms, data quality and governance tools, and automation technologies.
