Technical Recruiter, Hardware Engineering

Location: Long Beach, California; fully onsite five days per week

Salary: $103,000–$155,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hardware engineering talent needs and recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates using industry expertise, market insights, and competitive data.
• Guide candidates through the full hiring process from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
• Advise hiring managers and interview teams within Manufacturing Engineering.
• Improve recruiting funnels, build equitable interview processes, and evaluate new recruiting tools.
• Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-scaling, high-growth organizations.
• Proven success sourcing passive talent and filling early- to mid-career roles.
• Experience developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies with hiring managers.
• Experience negotiating offers and using creative closing strategies.
• Experience improving recruiting processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ability to work onsite at the Long Beach headquarters five days per week.

• Recruiting experience in rapidly scaling hardware and manufacturing organizations.
• Experience managing high-volume, non-exempt hiring alongside specialized exempt searches.
