Business Analytics Transformation & Operations Manager (AI & Automation)

Location: Hybrid, with an average of 2 days per week in an HPE office in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey; Roseville, California; or Spring, Texas, United States.

Salary: Annual base salary of USD 105,500–213,500 in California, or USD 92,600–213,500 in New Jersey and Texas. Variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional business transformation initiatives focused on efficiency, scalability, visibility, and organizational effectiveness.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and design standardized solutions across teams, functions, and business units.
• Align stakeholders, establish ownership models, and create execution plans for complex initiatives.
• Partner with data, analytics, technology, and operations teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Develop governance frameworks, operating rhythms, KPI frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
• Manage multi-stakeholder programs from planning through implementation and communicate objectives, risks, progress, and outcomes to executives.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or a related functional area.
• Advanced university degree, preferably an MBA, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Experience with business transformation, program and project management, operational excellence, and process design.
• Strong stakeholder management, change management, governance, and risk management skills.
• Experience with data analytics, visualization, executive communication, AI, and automation enablement.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement, averaging 2 days per week from an HPE office in the United States.
