What you will do

• Help prepare project plans and coordinate activities from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate project schedules, task details, reports, tracking charts, checklists, and scheduling documentation.
• Align internal resources with project objectives for on-time and budget performance.
• Track project costs and schedules for internal and external customers.
• Interface with external suppliers and monitor progress against quality and cost metrics.
• Interface with internal customers and report progress against project objectives.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant discipline and the ability to broaden functional capabilities.
• Understanding of key business drivers and their application to project work.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly in straightforward situations.
• No supervisory responsibilities; provides informal guidance to new team members.
• Work is based in Austin, Texas.
