TL;DR
Production Control Analyst (Aerospace) (ERP/MRP, MES): Tracking jet engine assemblies and components through manufacturing while coordinating production priorities, work orders, and cross-functional issue resolution with an accent on schedule attainment, material availability, and manufacturing throughput. Focus on identifying bottlenecks, coordinating recovery plans, analyzing production data, and maintaining MES/ERP work-order integrity.

Location: Onsite at the Centennial, Colorado facility; U.S. Citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required. Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts, Friday-Sunday.

Salary: $85,000-$98,000 base salary per year.

What you will do

  • Track critical engine assemblies and components through the manufacturing process.
  • Monitor production priorities, work-order progress, schedule attainment, on-time completion, work-in-process inventory, and manufacturing throughput.
  • Identify and escalate material shortages, quality holds, tooling constraints, documentation issues, engineering questions, bottlenecks, and resource constraints.
  • Lead daily production review meetings and communicate priorities to supervisors and manufacturing personnel.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resolution and recovery plans with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
  • Analyze production data, support production planning and ERP/MRP processes, and maintain MES/ERP work-order data integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in production planning, production control, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or industrial engineering.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced proficiency with Excel and production reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Comfort working directly on the production floor in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.

  • Experience managing aerospace or automotive projects.
  • Ability to work independently, strategically prioritize work, and support mission-critical extended hours when needed.
