Agile Coach

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week onsite at Toronto-81 Bay

What you will do

• Coach and mentor squads, crews, leaders, and senior stakeholders on advanced agile principles and practices.
• Promote empowered, high-performing teams and embed agile mindsets across the organization.
• Use data-driven decision-making, prioritization frameworks, and continuous improvement to strengthen delivery outcomes.
• Identify systemic barriers to business agility and improve cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with leadership, stakeholders, and Product Owners on culture change, roadmaps, resource plans, and agile ceremonies.
• Help scale agile capabilities and accelerate strategic business outcomes.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in agile coaching, organizational change, and business agility.
• Experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced facilitation, mentoring, advisory, and systems-thinking skills.
• Practical experience with User Stories, Sprints, Continuous Integration, Testing, XP, Kanban, and Design Thinking.
• Experience with agile tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Nice to have

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or PMI-ACP certification.
