Salary: $85,000 – $107,000 CAD

What you will do

• Facilitate planning, prioritization, and release readiness activities across cross-functional pods.
• Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile and Lean methodologies tailored to project context.
• Identify, track, and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
• Communicate release timelines and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Design, BA, and Development teams to maintain high-quality documentation.
• Support reporting on team performance, value delivery, and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• 5+ years of total professional experience, including 3+ years in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead).
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Proven experience working across Product Management, UI/UX Design, Business Analysis, and Software Development.
• Strong understanding of Agile values and pragmatic delivery practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to build strong cross-divisional relationships and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience defining or tailoring Agile frameworks.
• Background in Accounting, Financial Services, Business Management, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, PSM, or SAFe.
