Agile Process Specialist (Agile Delivery)

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule in Toronto at 483 Bay Street, moving to the Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in late 2026. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: CAD 85,000–107,000 annual base salary, plus a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Facilitate planning, prioritization, requirements discussions, release readiness, and Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure requirements are clear, understood, testable, and ready for development.
• Track work in progress, priorities, dependencies, risks, blockers, release timelines, and decisions.
• Coach Agile pods and Product Owners in pragmatic Agile and Lean practices.
• Partner with Product, UI/UX Design, Business Analysis, and Development teams to maintain alignment and documentation quality.
• Improve delivery workflows, meeting efficiency, reporting, team performance, and value delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of total experience, including 3+ years in Agile delivery roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead.
• Experience working across Product Management, UI/UX Design, Business Analysis, and Software Development.
• Strong coaching, leadership, communication, analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile values, modern software delivery workflows, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• College degree from a three-year program or equivalent work experience.
• Current authorization to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience defining or tailoring Agile frameworks.
• Background in accounting, financial services, business management, engineering, or computer science.
• PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, PSM, SAFe, or other Scrum Master certification.
