TL;DR

Location: Predefined hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
Salary: Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: $121,000 to $146,000, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do
- Drive innovation in service delivery by creating product roadmaps, collaborating with senior leaders and scrum teams on digitalization and automation projects.
- Manage the overall Client Services projects/initiatives portfolio, ensuring successful execution from cost, time, and delivery perspectives.
- Develop and execute change management plans to support impacted teams.
- Lead, coach, and performance manage Product Owners and Project Analysts, fostering Agile/Scrum best practices and employee development.
- Oversee enhancements for Client Services platforms and applications, aligning roadmaps with service delivery vision.
- Build relationships across Client Services, Information Systems, and business partners; deliver presentations to senior leaders.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant financial services industry experience, preferably in mutual funds.
- 1-3 years in Agile/Scrum or project management roles.
- Experience leading/managing a team.
- University degree (bachelor’s) or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Current work authorization for Canada required.
Nice to have
- Product Owner Certification or other Agile/Scrum certifications.
