Salary: Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: $121,000 to $146,000, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Drive innovation in service delivery by creating product roadmaps, collaborating with senior leaders and scrum teams on digitalization and automation projects.
• Manage the overall Client Services projects/initiatives portfolio, ensuring successful execution from cost, time, and delivery perspectives.
• Develop and execute change management plans to support impacted teams.
• Lead, coach, and performance manage Product Owners and Project Analysts, fostering Agile/Scrum best practices and employee development.
• Oversee enhancements for Client Services platforms and applications, aligning roadmaps with service delivery vision.
• Build relationships across Client Services, Information Systems, and business partners; deliver presentations to senior leaders.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant financial services industry experience, preferably in mutual funds.
• 1-3 years in Agile/Scrum or project management roles.
• Experience leading/managing a team.
• University degree (bachelor’s) or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Current work authorization for Canada required.

Nice to have

• Product Owner Certification or other Agile/Scrum certifications.
