Salary: $85,000 – $107,000 CAD

What you will do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate between Product Management, UI/UX, Business Analysis, and Software Development teams.
• Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and ready for development to maintain delivery predictability.
• Identify, track, and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies across cross-functional pods.
• Coach pods and Product Owners on the pragmatic adoption of Agile and Lean delivery practices.
• Support reporting on team performance, value delivery, and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
• 5+ years of total professional experience.
• 3+ years in Agile delivery roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead.
• Experience working across Product Management, UI/UX Design, Business Analysis, and Development.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills with a team-first mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice to have

• Background in Accounting, Financial Services, Business Management, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, PSM, or SAFe.
• Experience defining or tailoring Agile frameworks.
