Senior Manager, Project Delivery and Operations

What you will do

• Lead project delivery and operational work by defining goals, scope, timelines, resources, and delivery plans.
• Manage intake of new work requests, assess demand, prioritize initiatives, and coordinate assignments based on strategic value and team capacity.
• Supervise day-to-day team activities, remove roadblocks, reinforce accountability, and support delivery quality and control standards.
• Manage project and operational budgets, forecasts, resource plans, financial tracking, and variance analysis.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues affecting scope, timelines, budgets, or service quality.
• Improve workflows, processes, controls, transparency, productivity, and stakeholder experience.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, delivery leadership, or operations management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment and balancing project delivery with operational oversight.
• Strong intake management, work prioritization, people leadership, coaching, and accountability skills.
• Knowledge of waterfall, agile, and hybrid project delivery methodologies, with familiarity with SDLC where applicable.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
