What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions to clients pursuing home ownership.
• Meet clients at convenient locations and times while supporting their financial goals.
• Build relationships with Banking Centre teams and provide comprehensive financial planning support.
• Develop a local-market sales plan to convert leads into new clients.
• Network with internal businesses, external realtors, and community partners to generate referrals and opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in banking and mortgage lending.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and client engagement skills.
• Knowledge of the local market and potential client base.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Ability to work remotely with occasional on-site attendance.
