MTS - Device Design Engineer (RRAM)

What you will do

• Design and characterize RRAM devices to meet performance and reliability requirements.
• Integrate and optimize new devices while minimizing impact on other devices.
• Design test structures and implement test methodologies.
• Work with modeling engineers to develop accurate device models.
• Collaborate with TCAD engineers to predict device split results.
• Analyze E-Test data and characterization results, while mentoring and training engineers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant device experience, or PhD with at least 3 years of relevant device experience.
• Proficiency in layout and design rules.
• Experience with detailed electrical characterization of devices.
• Ability to work effectively in global cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.

• Process integration experience.
• Strong understanding of device and process physics.

• Experience working with semiconductor foundries.
