Senior Engineer (Test Solutions Engineering) (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop ATE production test solutions for custom silicon products from early design through high-volume manufacturing readiness.
• Create test plans, define experiments, and analyze data to validate product yield, performance, and reliability.
• Develop and refine screening methods based on application conditions, DFT capabilities, timing margins, and process technology specifications.
• Characterize silicon variation, investigate operating limits, and perform failure root-cause analysis.
• Establish test margins that protect yield and improve product quality while optimizing test time.
• Collaborate with design, DFT, operations, reliability teams, and customers on test strategy, coverage, quality, and product schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in product engineering, test engineering, DFT, or technology characterization.
• Experience with product engineering and test development, ATE, design-for-test methodology, statistics and data analysis, semiconductor process technology, or reliability and qualification methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical results to engineering and cross-functional audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and engineering decision-making under ambiguity.
• Programming or scripting experience with Python, Perl, or R in a Linux environment.
