Senior Principal Engineer, Test Solutions Engineering (APAC Region) (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Establish, staff, and lead a new Test Solutions Engineering team in the APAC region.
• Own ATE-based production test development, including test architecture, bring-up, validation, and release.
• Drive new product introduction activities from design start through production ramp and high-volume manufacturing readiness.
• Lead root-cause analysis, debug, silicon characterization, and development of robust test coverage.
• Define test patterns, limits, screening methods, and test-time optimization opportunities.
• Support reliability qualifications, stress testing, failure analysis, yield improvement, and customer issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in product engineering, test engineering, DFT, or technology characterization.
• Expertise in product engineering and test development, ATE, semiconductor process technology, or reliability and qualification methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead technical execution across complex programs and mentor engineers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
