Senior Principal Engineer (Semiconductor Test)

What you will do

• Establish, staff, and lead a new Test Solutions Engineering team in the APAC region.
• Lead ATE-based test development, validation, release, and production ramp readiness for new products.
• Own test architecture and bring-up from design start through high-volume manufacturing.
• Drive root-cause analysis, debugging, silicon characterization, and test coverage improvement.
• Define test patterns, limits, screening methods, and test-time optimization strategies.
• Partner with customers and design, DFT, product engineering, operations, and quality teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, DFT, or Technology Characterization.
• Expertise in Product Engineering and Test Development, Automated Test Equipment, semiconductor process technology, or reliability and qualification methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead technical execution across complex programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience supporting hyperscale or large enterprise customers.
• Experience influencing cross-functional technical decisions across global teams.
