Sr. Tape Out Engineer

What you will do

• Coordinate and execute tape-out processes for semiconductor products.
• Verify physical and logical design databases and documentation before fabrication.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, and technical issues with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet foundry requirements and manufacturing standards.
• Maintain records of tape-out procedures, revisions, and outcomes to support process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with physical design tools such as Cadence and Synopsys.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Effective English communication is required for collaboration across technical teams.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support critical tape-outs.
