What you will do

• Provide patient-centered, outcomes-based, evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families aged 12 and older.
• Conduct treatment planning, mental health assessments, and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Lead support groups and psychoeducation groups, and create mental health webinars and workshops.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and medical clinicians to coordinate integrated continuity of care.
• Address patients’ social needs and coordinate referrals for specialty care, hospitalization, or advanced psychiatric assessment and treatment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher and licensure as a mental health clinician, such as LPC, LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD.
• Candidates pursuing independent licensure must obtain it within two years of hire.
• BLS certification is required, or certification must be obtained upon hire.
• Experience providing counseling and mental health services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental illness and related psychological issues.
• Ability to apply critical thinking, exercise decisive judgment, work with minimal supervision, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of experience as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician.
• Experience using evidence-based treatments for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other behavioral health disorders.
• Experience with behavioral interventions, critical incident event management, and case management.
