What you will do

• Provide on-site clinical support to managers and members at the customer location in Renton, WA.
• Deliver management consultations to enhance employee wellbeing and organizational effectiveness.
• Conduct assessments to determine Service Agreements and Recovery Plans for referred employees.
• Manage mandatory Drug Free Workplace referral processes and conduct expatriate readiness interviews.
• Execute critical incident response services and facilitate benefit promotion events.
• Provide solution-focused counseling and risk assessments, including safety planning and triage.

Requirements

• Unrestricted independent license to practice psychotherapy in Washington state (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in psychotherapy.
• Proven experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD).
• Training and experience in evidence-based modalities, specifically short-term, solution-focused therapy.
• Experience delivering management consultations and critical incident response.
• Proficiency in adopting new technologies and digital platforms.

Nice to have

• SAP or CEAP certifications.
• Supervisory experience or experience collaborating with HR professionals.
• Bilingual proficiency.
