Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Workplace Mental Health

Location: Onsite at the customer location in Renton, Washington, United States, Monday–Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 annually, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Provide onsite EAP counseling, mental health consultation, and support to employees, managers, people teams, and members.
• Conduct management consultations, employee assessments, Service Agreement and Recovery Plan development, and mandatory Drug Free Workplace referral case management.
• Deliver critical incident response, crisis triage, safety planning, intervention, and follow-up.
• Conduct trainings, facilitate benefit promotion events, and provide management and HR consultations.
• Connect employees with appropriate resources and identify barriers or disruptions to care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow confidentiality, compliance, ethical, risk management, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, LMHC, or equivalent independent, unrestricted psychotherapy license to practice in Washington state; licensed supervision is not accepted.
• At least 3 years of professional experience and prior EAP experience.
• Training and experience in management consultation, management referrals, critical incident response, EAP presentations, and evidence-based short-term, solution-focused therapy.
• Experience with substance use disorders, safety planning, high-risk situations, diverse populations, healthcare settings, and community resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, technology proficiency, and timely, high-quality documentation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with clinical teams and care navigators.

Nice to have

• SAP qualification.
• CEAP certification.
• Supervisory experience or experience working with management and HR professionals.
• Bilingual ability.
