Integration Production Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Long Beach, California, United States. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Salary: $125,000–$180,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own daily execution of build plans across assigned work centers, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery.
• Lead supervisors and technicians toward takt-based production targets and program milestones.
• Identify and escalate production blockers to Engineering, Quality, and Program teams.
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Design Engineering to resolve build issues and improve manufacturability.
• Drive adherence to work instructions, production planning, configuration control, and standard work.
• Monitor throughput, labor hours, rework, scrap, staffing, shift coverage, and integration sequence accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace, automotive, or another high-complexity manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience leading production teams in assembly or fabrication.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering and Design teams.
• Ability to work overtime or weekends when needed for critical mission milestones.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
• Must be a U.S. person or otherwise eligible for deemed export licensing, including access to U.S. export-controlled information and items.

Nice to have

• Experience with vehicle structures or final integration environments.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and PFMEA.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and production planning.
• Experience scaling from development to higher-rate production.
• Strong escalation judgment and production recovery planning.
