Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $110,000 – $169,000

What you will do

• Own and evolve the brand design system, including tokens, components, and guidelines.
• Act as the quality gatekeeper for brand-facing creative produced by AI tools and external agencies.
• Create automation-friendly asset packages and templates that enable non-designers to produce on-brand work.
• Design and ship high-volume web assets, including landing pages and campaign materials.
• Audit and rebuild the brand design system from existing foundations to establish structure and documentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brand or visual design with a focus on design systems.
• Mastery of typography, layout, color, and motion.
• Active use of AI design tools like Midjourney, Firefly, or Figma AI in current workflows.
• Experience building design systems that enable high-quality AI-generated outputs at scale.
• Ability to thrive as a sole designer, making autonomous decisions using AI as a force multiplier.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
