Brand Designer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week

Salary: $110,000–$155,000 base salary per year, plus performance bonus and equity

What you will do

• Create high-impact marketing assets for campaign key visuals, websites, email, social media, events, advertising, and digital media.
• Develop visual narratives that communicate the brand story and complex product features clearly.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and management teams on branding, awareness, and conversion campaigns.
• Track brand design effectiveness and optimize visual work based on feedback.
• Monitor design trends and technologies and apply them to evolve the visual approach.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience creating and managing iconic brand design at a leading creative agency or modern technology company.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Visual Communication, Art, Brand Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite; basic animation knowledge in After Effects.
• Strong understanding of brand identity, visual systems, and templated design workflows.
• Advanced conceptual and visual-verbal thinking, a strong portfolio, and the ability to present design thinking.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for software platforms and digital media advertising.
• Ability to independently create 2D motion design and animation that clarifies software features.
• Quick adoption of new technologies and flexibility to adapt.
