Location: Remote (United States). Must maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours.

What you will do

• Own the production and quality review of all brand touchpoints, including social campaigns, digital advertising, and executive decks.
• Utilize AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Runway to accelerate asset production and concept generation.
• Lead design for flagship brand moments such as major industry conferences and product launch campaigns.
• Build and maintain a scalable Figma component library to enable self-service for Growth, PMM, and Sales teams.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to translate strategic objectives into visual systems.
• Art-direct contractor and agency outputs to ensure absolute brand consistency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of marketing or brand design experience with a high-production portfolio across campaigns and events.
• Demonstrable AI fluency (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Runway) as a core part of the professional workflow.
• Ability to own the full design stack: social, digital advertising, presentation design, and branded print.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments, delivering high-quality craft without perfectionism-driven delays.
• Proactive and self-directed approach to taking briefs and producing creative directions.
