Lead Brand Designer (SaaS)

Location: Remote, New York / United States

Salary: $160,000–$190,000 per year, plus equity. Final compensation depends on location and hiring level.

What you will do

• Build and evolve a distinctive brand identity across digital and physical assets, including logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines.
• Design websites, marketing and sales collateral, social content, illustrations, executive decks, event branding, booths, and physical merchandise.
• Edit, animate, and package video assets into polished deliverables.
• Design and develop motion-rich Webflow experiences with clean, scalable page structures and thoughtful interactions.
• Establish a design system and manage the intake-to-delivery process for design requests.
• Partner with marketing and executive stakeholders on campaigns and brand decisions.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating brand, web, and motion work across digital and physical formats.
• 5+ years of professional experience in brand or visual design, including work supporting marketing teams in-house or at an agency.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
• Experience building or rebuilding a brand identity end to end, from logo and design system through live application.
• Hands-on experience with website layout design and development, including motion and interaction.
• Strong video editing, animation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS or technical products.
• Experience scaling a brand and design function at a high-growth startup.
• Experience developing websites with Webflow.
